How to install and does it open and close the trade?
• The installation is basic and clearly defined in the user-guide, whenever the installation completed, it is fully programmed, and it will work automatically you will be taking advantage of the open and close trade on autopilot.


Does it need a high level of expertise to install and use it?
• Not actually, you just need to follow the User-guide for set up


Does it use SL and TP?
• Yes the "EXPERT ADVISOR" use inner stop loss and take profit for every trade


How if I don't make a profit with it?
"EXPERT ADVISOR" gives a specific setting, which you must follow and apply to take the best result out of it. This way, when you cannot get expected results and are not happy with the guaranteed result, you can apply for a 100% refund.


What will be the risk and drawdown? Is there a fix to stop loss or take profit?
• You should follow the settings provided to GAIN THE MAXIMUM PROFIT. It follows Inner setting for SL and TP according to price action analysis.


Do I need to check it every time and change the setting?
• When you set it up the first time, it's done on the full command of autopilot, and you do not need to change or check anything. EA opens and closes naturally profitable trades.

"EA’s" also known as expert advisors are a form of artificial intelligence that automatically trades on your behalf ,"Utilities & tools" are like "EA’s" but not automatically. "Indicators" are signals displayed on the chart that let you know when to buy and sell.

2.When do I get the product after purchasing?
The download link will be sent to you directly by email after your purchase.

3.How do I install the "EA’s/Utilities & tools/indicators"?
Our "EA’s/Utilities & tools/Indicators" are easy to install, There are two ways to install, either using the written guide provided below the product or using the product installation videos provided on our website.

4.Can I use the "EA’s/Utilities & tools/indicators" on android/ios?
The "EA’s/Utilities & tools/Indicators" can only be installed on the MT4 application on your computer but can be monitored using your smartphone.

5.Can I have multiple accounts?
Each purchase grants you only one account. 

6.Can I change my account number?
Each product is personalized with just one token, and if you want to use another token OR another robot in the future, you have to buy a new product again. 

7.What pairs can I trade?
Each of our EA’s handle different pairs based on the applied settings which are given to you in our provided user guide after purchase .

8.What kind of support do you offer?
We offer our clients support daily from 9 am to 5pm GMT+3 on several platforms such as Email, live support and social media.

9.What broker do I use?
Our "EA’s/Utilities & tools/Indicators" are supported by all MT4 brokers however we recommend "ICMarkets" broker.

10.Why is my EA not taking any trades?
"EA’s' might not make any trades due to several reasons such as :
In Meta Trader 4 :

  • Tools > Options > Expert Advisors >'Allowed Automated Trading and the bottom two options (not the third) has not been checked.
  • Allow DLL option and Web Requests has not been checked.
  • double-click on "Add New URL" to add the link "https://api.telegram.org" undone.

In Setting Expert :

  • In section input : "invitation link of the Telegram channel that you have already created in the section "channel username". Add after the @ sign" undone.
  • In section common :  "Allow DLL" and "Allow Import" has not been checked.

In Telegram App : 

  • Your channel may not be public
  • In section "Open the channel/group Info, then Manage, Add Administrators, type the bot username, and click Save" undone.
  • OR you may have used your token before for another channel .Because "Each product is personalized with just one token, and if you want to use another token OR another robot in the future, you have to buy a new product again".
  • OR  Market is closed during the weekend.

11.Can I change the settings on my "EA’s/Utilities & tools/indicators"?
Yes, however you take full accountability for overriding the best strategic settings we have given you by default.

12.What payment methods are available?
